We cannot guarantee that your artwork colours when printed will look exactly as you see them on your monitor. It is impossible to match colours from every screen that each customer views their image on due to the fact that all computer monitors are set up differently and so will display colours differently. However we do use monitor calibration devices and print calibration test charts for every new roll of canvas media so that your image will be printed as close to the original as it possibly can.

Refund Policy

As all of our products are bespoke and individualy produced for each customer, any item that is delivered as described and in good condition may not be refunded. Refunds will only be possible if you have not completed the image proof approval stage. We reserve the right to charge for reposting returned bespoke items that have been specially produced to meet your personal requirements. 

Cancellation policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders CANNOT be cancelled once a despatch date has been allocated and production has commenced or a proof has been agreed. Damages, Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify, please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving. Please check the entire box for damage and, if possible, open the parcel and view the contents. Otherwise we advise all customers to sign, "not checked" with the courier and read through any small print accepting the condition of the parcel if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images  and design of this website / marketing material are and will remain the property of Wall Stamp Limited. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued. Any submitted images will not, under any circumstances be reprinted for resale to anybody other than the original customer who submitted the images. By using this site you agree that you have been authorised by the owner of any images you upload, email or post to Wall Stamp Limited, to make and use a reproduction onto any  media.

Whilst every care has been taken in the compilation of this website, and every attempt made to present up-to-date and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that inaccuracies will not occur. Wall Stamp Limited will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of any inaccuracy or error within these pages. Wall Stamp Limited reserves the right to print anything which has been ordered due to a error on the site. In this case we will refund the ammount charged or negotiate a new price with the customer  if the order is to proceed.
